Event Timing & Basic Rules

Event Timings

• Event Duration:  2 days (as per event format)

• Event Hours:
  10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Exhibitor Setup Time:
  8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

• Dismantling Time:
  After 8:00 PM on the final event day

Exact timings may vary slightly depending on venue guidelines and will be communicated in advance.

Exhibitor Entry & Setup Rules

• Exhibitors must arrive within the allotted setup time only

• Early arrivals or overnight setup are not permitted

• Stall setup must be completed before event opening hours

• Delays in setup may affect participation and are the exhibitor’s responsibility
  
  

Stall Usage Guidelines

• Only approved products may be displayed or sold

• Subletting or sharing stalls is strictly prohibited

• Stall boundaries must be respected at all times

• No extension beyond the allotted stall area is allowed
  
  

Branding & Display Rules

• Table branding, standees, and minimal display props are allowed

• Loud audio, flashing lights, or disruptive promotional activities are not permitted

• Any additional branding must not obstruct neighboring stalls or walkways
  
  

Sales & Payment Rules

• Exhibitors are responsible for their own sales and payment collection

• Digital payment methods are strongly recommended

• Corporate Artisans is not responsible for individual exhibitor transactions
  
  

Conduct & Professionalism

• Exhibitors must maintain a professional and courteous approach

• Aggressive selling, solicitation, or crowding is not allowed

• All venue security and management instructions must be followed
  
  

Security & Safety

• Basic venue security will be provided

• Exhibitors are responsible for the safety of their products and belongings

• Hazardous, flammable, or illegal items are strictly prohibited
  
  

Compliance & Authority

• Corporate Artisans reserves the right to modify timings or rules if required

• Any violation of event rules may lead to immediate removal without refund

• All decisions by Corporate Artisans management are final
